There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.

A year at our school

Our Stage 3 students had an amazing adventure during their Canberra camp. They explored places such as the Australian War Memorial, Questacon, Australian Institute of Sport, Royal Australian Mint, National Gallery of Australia, Parliament House and Old Parliament House.

Congratulations to all our swimmers who challenged themselves and gained confidence in the pool during the School Swimming and Water Safety program.

We officially opened our Yarning Circle on Thursday 18 September.

We encourage every member of our school community to use this space with open hearts and open minds. Let this be a place where voices are heard, relationships are strengthened and knowledge is shared.

Congratulations to all students who participated in the Girls Soccer Gala Day at Jamison Park on Tuesday 9 September!

A big congratulations to all students who proudly represented Blaxland PS at the Blue Mountains Dance Festival. Our students’ participation, enthusiasm, and behaviour made us incredibly proud!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us for our combined Education and Book Week festivities with Open Day and the Book Fair and Character parade. One of our favourite days of the year!

K-6 students at Blaxland Public School participated in the Athletics Carnival on Tuesday 12 August on the school oval. It was a wonderful day where all students gave their best, showed excellent sportsmanship and demonstrated resilience and encouragement toward others.

36 students attended the Winmalee Cup at Jamison Park on Friday 20 June. The students all displayed outstanding teamwork, resilience and effort throughout the day in both Netball and Soccer.

On Wednesday 14 May, 36 students from Blaxland Public School attended the Blue Mountains Zone Cross Country Carnival at Penrith Regatta Centre. Students demonstrated outstanding behaviour, determination and resilience throughout the day.

K-6 students at Blaxland Public School participated in the Cross-Country Carnival on Friday 2 May. It was a wonderful day where all students achieved their personal best and demonstrated resilience and encouragement toward others.
